1962 Epiphone Wilshire Electric Guitar, Mahogany w/Case

A really cool piece of guitar history. A 1962/1963 Epiphone Wilshire with Mini Humbuckers. This instrument plays and sounds amazing. Also really well kept considering its age. Serial number dates it early 1963, but the headstock matches 1962 Epiphones before they switched to the inline headstock which makes us think this was in that transition period. The guitar has also had the original tuners swapped with Grovers sometime over the years. We can't confirm if this was originally a P90 guitar, but swapped to the Mini Humbuckers by the owner or if it was done when built. The unit has had some repairs done but everything is very solid and stable. Does not look to have had any sort of headstock break either. Includes rectangle case but would suggest something that supports the neck better than this one.
