If you were shipped the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@janzenbrothers.com or calling 1-204-325-8011. We will make the arrangements to send out the appropriate item.
If you feel an item needs to be returned, please contact us to arrange a return. All purchases may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items MUST be complete with original packaging and MUST be in NEW condition. We do not accept returns for Harmonicas, ear plugs/in-ear monitors or items that show obvious signs of wear, have been tampered with, or are missing parts, boxes, manuals etc. For more information, visit our Shipping & Returns page.

After logging into the website, you can find the "My Orders" link in the footer. After the order is processed & shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number in the email address attached to your Janzen Brothers Music Co. account.
